How Do I change the spawn rate of which mobs appear in my World of warcraft private server?

I have Arcemu.. And I have checked in all the config files and I have not found something that can change my spawn rates! It takes 10 minutes for a mob to respawn.. how can I mod this to be like; 20 seconds?
